Really nice overall experience. Fairly clean, hip new hotel with amiable stuff. Extremely comfy beds, ample sized and excellent room. Nice facilities. Good location in a good part of town, great pool. Also - near to decent restaurants and downtown, the movie theater and the airport.

It's a comfortable hotel in an industrial area. The room is outstanding, the staff is friendly and excellent. The bathroom is large. If in Cedar Rapids again would have extended the stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this wonderfulbrand-new hotel. The property was in a favourable location, in a good part of town. And it was also close enough to new shopping center as well as the Eastern Iowa airport. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

The room was spotless and outstanding and it had a large bathroom. Really helpful and very professional staff, answered all questions. The location turned out to be peaceful and great.

Wonderful place to stay 3 miles away from Veterans Memorial Stadium. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Spotless room and large bathroom. Favourable location in a good part of town, in the adequate area.

Its location is favourable, close enough to decent restaurants and downtown, downtown and the Eastern Iowa airport. Do n't forget to visit nearby Riley's Cafe, they have best coffee ever.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Cedar Rapids. Wonderful hotel with nice pool. Ample sized, outstanding rooms with comfortable beds. Responsive staff, good and peaceful location near to the airport and decent restaurants and downtown.

I stayed at a budget hotel near Wisconsin and it was amazing! The hotel was in a convenient location, close to all the places I wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was well-maintained with plenty of amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options and there was even a self-serve fridge. it was a great experience.

The hotel could improve on the designated smoking area, as it had a full view of another property which wasn't well-maintained.

We had the best room and accommodations ever at Fairfield Inn. The bed was so comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. The surprise of having a staff member retrieve our baggage cart from the far end of the parking lot was a classy and accommodating touch.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, efficient, nicely dressed and groomed. The lobby was very attractive and well maintained. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, and the shower was great.
